Obama insiste en que es mejor inflar bien las llantas de los autos que tratar de encontrar más petróleo, lo que yo entiendo por este mini discurso que da es que es mejor prevenir y hacerse mas independiente del petróleo a que Estados Unidos siga con su excesiva dependencia al oro negro.

Barack Obama es este discurso dice que esta de acuerdo en que los inmigrantes deben aprender ingles pero también propone que los niños de Estados Unidos deberían aprender español.
